I think it would be whoever the better fighter is.

I saw a guy who knew karate get beat up by a guy who had no formal training at all.

I think the black belt guy because he knows how to move rapidly and could kick stars out of the boxer before the boxer could throw a punch.

This question has been answered already in the early UFC fights. Go rent them today and see for yourself who won. The reality is that each of them has a fighting chance and usually a mistake costs the loser the bout. In the early UFC fights it was the Brazilian Jujitsu master Gracie that won. And he did it by choking out his opponents.

Whoever is the toughest .
they are both skilled but both have to be able to take punishment .The one with the most desire to win and the most impervious to pain ,will win .
