I would well imagine that since 9-11 your background will now will be HEAVILY SCRUTINIZED. When you post this type of question in the U.S. it is a source of confusion about what you are referencing with [12th Std (CBSE India) I have received my I-20 but failed my 12th Std exam ]. Most people in the U.S. do not understand the grading systems of most other countries. Then the confusion is compounded by the fact that you have posted a question (INDIAN SCHOOL CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION, MARCH 2007 TIMETABLE )that clearly is almost 4 months of seperation.
This being the month of July. Why is there no other examination taking place until 2008?
If you are unable to pass your exams then how will you pass those of a pilot?
So my answer to your question is ; try at your own risk!
