1 The character Borat comes from Kazakhstan which is in Central Asia not Europe.
2 The actor who plays Borat, Sacha Baron Cohen is from the UK, which is where I would never spend my holidays because its too much like Ireland weatherwise and I am much more interested in foreign languages and cultures.

I wouldn't say no for sure but somewhere in the East like Bosnia, Bulgaria, maybe even the Czech Republic... just because I've heard of people getting attacked there with guns and that usually doesn't happen in Europe. Also they have less things available because they're relatively poor countries compared to the rest of Europe.
But I don't know much about them, they could be great for all I know.
