We still walk on our feet but I get what you are saying, because we are downunder to you we are upside down and you are right, but it's that wonderful thing called gravity that keeps us on the ground and not falling off into space.
If you walked from England to Australia you would be upside down but your feet will still be on the ground.

Everything is relative.
In space there is no up or down, just towards and away from the centre of mass of an object. This is what we call gravity, and as the Earth is an oblate spheroid, everywhere on Earth has a "down", but to be perfectly accurate, take your longitudinal position on the surface of the Earth, take account of the Earth's 22.5 degree lean, look at the Sun through sunglasses ... and if the North Pole of the Sun is at the top from where you are ... GREAT! Everyone else is at an angle or upside-down!
