Paris Hilton IS out of jail. She was released after serving 3 wks in jail. She was interviewed the night after she was released on Larry King Live. you might find a clip of it. She is on probation now for 3-5 yrs. So she better behave or it's back to the brink for her. Yes, she did something wrong...how many people are thrown in jail doing the same offense? If not, then she should have merely paid a huge fine...if, in her state all are given the same penalty for the same offense then, of course she should have been given the same punishment. AND who else gets so much publicity for breaking the law? That act itself was different treatment. Leave her alone. I don't want to hear more about it.

Good behavior gets you out early in the over crowded jail system. There was no special treatment here. I think it would have been just as bad to give her the special treatment of keeping her in for the full sentence as it was when she got out originally after 72 hours or so.

I still could care less if she fell of the face of the Earth.

No way, she should stay in there for the duration of her sentence, otherwise what is the point in having court hearings and even laws?

I know the saying goes; rules are meant to be broken, but driving while on a ban is a bit much.

I guess keeping her in prison will give her autobiography more padding.

That's the problem with the justice system. Why should you get 20 years for example and because of good behavior get release early. That don't make any freaking sense. Now with the crap with Miss Hilton she should stay there for the full 45 days and not half of it. Justice system in the US is the worst in the freaking world.

Ms Hilton may soon be back. Given probation for three years she will quickly violate it and go to read more Bible verses. Maybe next time some will sink in. Arrogance has a way of repeating it's self. TY

I do not think she should get out of jail. She is an American citizen, just like anybody else. If she breaks the law, she should not be treated any different than someone else who breaks that same law. She should serve her FULL term like anyone else who would have commited the crime. XxSarahxX

yes. We aren't the law so we do not decide when she gets out. Most prisoners serve about 1/3 of their sentence.
