And the purpose of the helmet is to intercept and deflect the "mind control" rays from alien saucers ?
Sounds to me like your psychiatrist has decided you`re a hopeless case and is simply patronizing you .

I have seen many misfits with mental probs where they self injure their heads against walls etc and you fit the picture even more than they do ~~
