"Same Old Lang Syne" - Dan Fogelberg
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NmdFgFyhnk

The song is about a guy who bumped into his ex at a grocery store. His ex didn't recognise him at first , but when she finally recognised who that stranger was, they both laughed and talked and reminisce their past times together.
The guy's lover had married, although she's not happy, but at least her husband provided the basic money and shelter. As for this guy himself, he's part of a successful music band.
Once it's time for them to leave - a sense of saddness swept inside of them, knowing that the past has gone and that they have to move on with their lives.

It's a rather sad song because imagine if you ever bump into a guy/gal who you had a crush back at school - what would you do...what would you say to that person and how would you deal in that situation?

The band 'til Tuesday played a song called "Voices Carry".
Also, Bruce Springsteen played an entire album called "Nebraska". Both of these are tons of sobs.

When I was little I use to cry to the song "Daddys hands" and now everytime I hear "I'll wait for you" and the song about the kid who wants to be like his dad, I think its called something about Buckaroo.

"Make Our Garden Grow" from Leonard Bernstein's Candide. I'm convinced oit's the music rather than the words.
