VERIZON WIRELESS REALY GOT BAD, DO YOU AGREE?

the communication of the phone is good the customer service and privce plans are awful. there is no give with the company. It is a screw the customer attidude. insurance replacements are awful. retail store people will stick certain fetures on your phone so they beef up the commission. they do not want to fix a phone but sell you a new one.

I live in the mountains and have at&t (cingular). Those with verizon wireless get good service were I have none, so I think it is pretty good.

I disagree. If anything their service has improved over time and other carriers have really gotten worse.
