I'm pretty sure my laptops and desktops are not as fast as your PC but each of them is fast enough for what I want them to do (at lowest wattage as possible).

Well, it runs on Pentium 4 2.80GHz and 1GB of RAM. It's fast enough to get the job done. But I wish I could upgrade.

Use a benchmarking program like PCMark or AquaMark (3DMark if its a graphics test) for definitive results.
Otherwise we could all just say, "Mine's really fast!", "well, mine's faster than yours!", "no, no no, mine's the fastest!" etc etc
