Which country(s) is/are famous for a good dance culture? For example, countries with famous dance/ballet companies? This includes all types of dance, mainly ballet though.

If I would rephrase the question, I'd ask, which country is considered the dance capital of the world? Or maybe of Europe? Because I've heard Europe has a strong dance culture??

South Korea for hip hop and contemporary dancing. Ballet is also popular there because it provides a formal education in dancing, whereas hip hop dance is street-oriented.
Europeans can't dance! I guess for ballet they would be the best, but still, lol, oxymoron.

Good dance culture? INDIA! There are about 30 different classical dance forms originated from India...the most popular being kathak and bharatanatyam...If you go to Youtube and search "Devdas Madhuri Dixit" you can see for yourself! Btw most of India's dance forms are older than most modern religions like Islam or Christianity
