That's a good question but don't forget that their "theory" has been around for a very long time and has never produced a single shred of physical evidence to back it up. A 1000+ years is a long time to wait for a single piece of evidence so much as supporting the literal Biblical interpretation of the Bible. I think we should just keep working on the science that actually works. In science, belief is irrelevant until it produces results. Truth doesn't care who it makes happy.
