Is it a standard....like you find in Hollywood movie stars?
Could it be all in the mind...like in Austin Powers?
Because sometimes I feel sexy...and other times I feel like a blob.
Today I feel like a blob...yesterday I felt sexy.

Sexy is an attitude. I'm old, so I use old references, but if you look at pictures of Janis Joplin, ugh! But when she was behind a mike singing Turtle Blues... wow! Then there are the large women that can come across as sexy, Aretha Franklin, Queen Latifah for a couple off the top of my head.

its all in the mind, honey.
having a sexy body might be just a step for some. others need not have a great body. i basically think being sexy is eluding confidence in every step, decision, movement that you make. its that "glow" that you emit (figuratively speaking, of course) which people will take notice.

for me its how the girl is carrying herself
like you said some days you feel sexy some you dont
the days you feel sexy are the days us guys will notice you more because of the way you act/walk/talk

plus in parts, it is all of the above that you stated in lines 1-3.
Our day to day vision of ourselves varies, its just part of being you.
