Am using a VW vento 1996 model 1800 cc with airconditioner but my fuel consumption is too much.any help?

Your mileage may vary. But the Passat we call it in America gets about 30 miles a gallon in Texas With A/C turned on.

Your car is old. You might have poor compression or some other problem which may or may not be fixable. Your best bet is just to keep paying for more fuel unless it is REALLY bad in which case you could bring it in but even then it might be hard to find or too expensive to fix.
