It depends exclusively on the situation and on the circumstances.
But usually, I don't trust myself at all. Therefore I would trust almost any person more than myself.
According to others (and myself when I care enough to admit it openly) I am pretty irresponsible and a bit of a reckless dreamer. I can be very passionate about what I do and my work and purpose are usually associated with great intensity (when I care about them). But regardless of the amount of effort I put into what I do and regardless of how implied I can be in my actions, I still have flaws that would interfere with my productivity. Flaws like impulsiveness, immaturity, irritability, ego and vanity. And most of all self-consciousness.
But when it comes to matters unrelated to work and social productivity (meaning personal matters and relationships)... Well, let's just say that the territory of personal relationships is safer when it's not in my hands.

Yes, I trust my parents more than I trust myself. I may falter at times and not be sure about what to do. But I know my parents would always show me the right path and will always be by my side. They understand what is right for me better than I do.
