The light under the power light is red, what does that mean? It has an image of like a cylinder.

Is it blinking!! Mine is like that all the time when I am in my computer. I think it normal, or it working.

That's probably a 'disk busy' light.

If it's on all the time... then your PC is busy doing something with it's disk drive. If is this is new behaviour, run a virus check on your PC.

If your PC is not working (won't boot up) it may mean your disk drive has failed and is stuck 'not responding' so your PC thinks it's busy.
