We have had more rain in the last month and a half than I can ever remember. I have a feeling that this global warming isn't on track with what the pessimists would like. I thought the polar ice cap was supposed to be gone by now also.
Darn, I hate it when the naysayers are proved wrong.

You're in the UK I gather; it's a scientific fact that if the Earth was 3ft from the Sun, it would still be raining and overcast here (with the odd sunny interlude courtesy of a solar flare).

The Southwest is broiling in heat and drought. Texas is getting drenched. It is all part of the same weather pattern, all attributable to global warming.

I think global warming does not necessarily mean hotter summers - it means greater instability in our weather systems, which results in floods, hurricanes, tsunamis etc etc.
and yeah, I am disapointed. In Ireland we had our summer in April....
