A pike is a forward dive where you bend at the waist and then straighten out and enter the water. The tuck is also a forward dive only you tuck your knees up to your chest before entering the water. Ummm.... I was a diver many years ago but I don't recall a "quick" dive .

hell no that sounds painful maybe it's some type of plastic surgery. The one plastic surgeon says give me the pike to to this tuck, makes a huge cock up and does a quick dive out of the theater.? Honestly NO idea.

I think that the pike's the open one when the fingers touch the toes, tuck's rolled into a ball with the hands behind the knees.

Tuck is a sumersault with knees bent,
Pike is with knees extended
quick dive could be a leaping dive, or somethign comparable in diving
