There are thousands of articles on ocular exercises that improve eyesight, but I assume you aren't referring to those.

I haven't heard of a scientifically proven connection between physical fitness and eyesight, though I do know the following:

* My tennis coach used to tell me that indigestion could affect eyesight. I took it with a pinch of salt (not too much mind you... indigestion after all :-)). Later, I found this article on the web: http://www.bettertennis.info/The_Psychology_Of_Physical_Fitness.php
