Jorgensen Ford Detroit, Michigan is the new car dealer and they have had the worst service department in the United States. I am having problems with my 2002 Taurus and they have not even attempted to get the issue resolved. I was told by Ford Motor Company that they did not have any control over the dealership. Since the dealerships are authorized Ford Agents, it appears as if I cannot get my extended warranty enforced. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Whos extended service plan is it? If it is a Ford plan there is a customer service number on the paperwork. If you want to email me with further details, like whats wrog with the car and how many miles are on it and what plan you have maybe I can help. What did the service department tell you. We deal with thousands of Ford products maybe I can't point you to the right contact person to solve this.

I'm surprised to hear this.I thought the Ford dealers were trying hard to make their customers happy. Are there some unusual events regarding this? I live north of Detroit and have had great experiences with the local dealers.Perhaps you might take your car to another dealer before dealing with the zone office.
