lamborghini make the best looking designs but Toyota make the best sturdy engines.
I love lamborghini as its soooo stylish and beautiful. They are very impractical though.
Toyota is the most reliable in my experience as it is the easiest to maintain and can be pretty good on petrol consumption.

Thats easy, BMW consistently come out on top on the JD Power Survey for Best Car. In nearly every comparison test that has a BMW the BMW is always the winner: they make the best handling cars, and cars for true drivers. They do affordable and small with the BMW 116i to big and luxurious with the 760li - but they all have one thing in common - front engine and rear wheel drive, ensuring that no matter what BMW your in, they're sure to put a smile on your face. Not to mention the awesome M5 possibly THE most complete performance car under the sun - 500bhp and a 500litre boot!!!

It depends what you mean by best.
Rolls Royce probably build the best car in the world - but its not exactly the car for everyone.
Toyota are the most profitable.
Honda are also very profitable.
Porsche make more profit per vehicle than any other manufacturer.
