Insult them? Politely tell them it's none of their business? Change the subject? Counter with a more personal question? Laugh and say "Yeah right", "You wish" or something like that? Just stare at them? Just walk away? Answer them as if it was their business? Blush? Get really angry? Rip them a new ––– ––––? Anything else?

Well I ask them why they want or need to know that? Once they give me an answer then I'd say something like well if it were any of your business I'd tell you, but since it isn't I ain't. So don't ask again.

I tell them I applaud their curiosity, but I prize my privacy more..and that just falls into the category of "none of your business".

Or I smile and say "yeah, like I'm really going to answer that one."

It just depends on the person, and if I think they can get a gentle hint or need a smack.

I answer them. If its too personal to say then I will tell them such. I dont lie... and I certainly wont get mad or annoyed at people for being interested in me. No question is too personal unless you feel its too personal... but the asker has no way of knowing that. What you may see as personal, another person may not.

Just laugh it away or something. Fighting'll only land you into trouble. If they do it again for a 2nd time, I will tell them politely to mind their own business. If he asks me again, I will tell him to shut up and mind his own business.

Generally I just answer honestly, because I know that any joke or sarcastic response I'd make would be way more silly-looking than the truth.

I can't think of anything that would be to personal of a question to answer. I have nothing to hide.
