He is born with zero sperm, none what so ever, A Woman is born with all the eggs she will ever have, she never produces eggs, she starts releasing eggs from puberty around 9-15 till menopause, where eggs stop being released 45-55. A Male starts producing sperm continously from puberty untill death, on average millions of sperm are made hourly, sperm takes 2 weeks to mature, when a male ejacualates, sperm comes from the prostate not the testicles, and the sperm is over two weeks old, hope this helped you sweetie

Unlike women who are born with eggs, men do not have any sperms until they reach puberty when the body starts producing it, and will for a lifetime.

none; sperm start developing only once a guy has hit puberty. and once the production starts he will produce enough to get a gal pregnant every half hour.
