I want 2 buy a good graphic card that can run all new games my budjet is only 3000Rs(65$) pls suggest some cards
my sys requirments r 40Gb HDD ,cd,amd senoron ,vga4* ,128 mb ran ddr ,pls giv ans ,pls suggest nvidea orxfx

You need to specify your power supply wattage and CPU for any good recommendation to be effective. Your OS will also be good to know. However, your RAM seems very small, and that will restrict you to a slower card and and slower system.

NVIDIA FX 5200
get it in the ASUS model with DVI for second output
model with out fan is about $28.00
I have model with fan paid $45.00 ea for 2
also be sure it says 256 m RAM

Standard NVIDIA drivers for FX 5200
however before you install them add the utility from ASUS
for software overclocking of the card (included CD)
I run my stock FX 5200 at 400 mhx out of box is 280 mhz

plays almost any MMO lag free
some are just laggy like Rapellz

Games with Advanced shaders above GLI 1.5 may require
you to reduce Video settings for client depends on function

Sounds like your wasting your time and money. Your system specs are far below what is required to enable you to play new games and installing a new video card would be futile.
Save your money for a new system.
