I'm not sure if these are the tests you're asking for. I checked Buros (which maintains a database of 4000 assessments) and found this information:
The Neuropsychiatric Inventory Questionnaire (NPI) can be found for free in this article:

The SRP-II may be a little outdated. I would recommend that you look into the Hare Psychopathy Checklist-Revised (PCL-R).

To order the PCL-R, you do have to have an advanced degree. Do you have an advisor for your thesis? Maybe they can sponsor you to order the test.
As a student researcher, you may be able to get 30% off the test:

One of the authors of the LSRP has kindly posted the full-text article that includes all the test items.

Go all the way down to research and click on the pdf file for Levenson, M.R., Kiehl, K.A., & Fitzpatrick, C. (1995) Assessing psychopathic attributes in a noninstitutionalized population. Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 68, 151-158. You can just copy the test items from there.

Probably not, since you must be trained in proper administration and can't ethically interpret the results until you are a supervised grad student taking a course in psychometrics.
If your institution has a graduate student clinic, they will have copies of just about every standardized test imaginable. You may be able to look them over if you make an appointment to do so.
