I think the hypotheses because without it there wouldn't be any reason to have a conclusion.

The hypotheses, that is mostly because i could think of my own conclusion.

mmmm... i'd say the hypotheses because it determines how am i gonna go about in my life... it shapes who i am and what i do...

now, if the conclusions turn out wrong, then something with the execution was wrong... i'll try again... or the hypotheses is wrong... i'll chang my theory...!

the hypothesis... that's the most thought-provoking

the conclusion's nice too -- although i have complete freedom to disagree with the conclusion!
