its doing alright it gets a lot of hits but its just breaking even.
i know i have got to expand the games section a bit and make last page, more presentable but i think i got some of the hottest babes

Ok, the layout SUCKS,. so does the colour scheme,.. as for actual content, I don't know. My advice though would be to do a search of the best websites in google,. thus: "Top 50 websites",.. (WITH quotes), go to the listed sites and take a leaf from their book,. see how it's done properly,. look at colour schemes, layouts etc. You could also think of creating two sites from the same server,.. ie a high-bandwidth site with Flash animations and/or video, (youtube style), and a low-bandwidth site for people still on 56k,.. that way you'd be maximising your reader-base,.. good luck; buy the way; that chick on the front,. nice!!! :D

Well a good start would be to be bothered you've written that you can't be bothered to make a good title bar.
Also spell check your pages a tiny thing but its not very professional to have mistakes everywhere.
Change the font to something slightly more fancy.
Just a few ideas.

put a title on the top of all the pages
dont use the same font with everything
put borders around pictures and text
