I'd say Hansel and Gretel. A candy house? What about the hordes of ants?

I think there are two different types of fairy tales, the princess in desperate need of a prince because she's locked in a tower and the ones with messages like hansel and gretel who trust the safe looking candy home and the witch but quickly find that it's not as it seems, message? Don't talk to strangers or eat houses. In older versions of little red riding hood the wolf invites red into bed for ahhh....personel reasons, the message dont get into bed with granny and dont divulge personel info to people you dont know like the wolf so that's kinda like dont talk to strangers to.
Personally I think the most unrealistic is Cinderella I mean come on poor me I need a man and I cant go to the ball because mummy wont let me and my big sisters are b******

ants can be killed by insecticide mind you. so hansel and gretel fairytale is quite plausible. as for little riding hood, the wolf could only be a symbol of a deranged pervert trying to hit on an prepubescent girl so the story has its merits too. the fact is most fairytales are a mirror of reality. there's one fairytale though that is so unrealistic that i wouldnt even consider it a fairytale but a parody of one--- Shrek. Ogres will never do good coz they're mean and fugly and uneducated.

snow white... lives with 7 guys and they were only friends!!

repunzel... who survives for that long eating nothing...promotes anorexia in childhood

Thumbelina... do I have to say anything?

Jack and the beanstalk... is anyone so stupid that they would trade a cow for a couple of bean seeds???

the goose and the golden eggs... obviously on drugs!

I love fairy tales actually...It's just too bad I'm old enough to realise thats all they can be.

Cinderella is worse, with the fairy Godmother, pumpkin carriage, etc.
And a prince marrying a servant girl....doubtful.
Glass slipper.....would break when it fell off.
It fitting only her. .....and ten other small footed girls in the land.
I could go on and on. HAHA, I was a sad child.

The Bible. Take your pick from this anthology of fairy tales, they're all pretty rediculous.

DEFINITELY "Jack and the Beanstalk." Followed by the
"Three Little Pigs."
The Book of Genesis comes in close on their heels.
(Aren't questions like this one fun?)
