Processor NO because it is socket 754 format and your A7n8x is socket A format. The best for that is an outdated Athlon XP 3200+.
The Corsair ddr400 RAM will work.
BUT it would be best to move to newer formats. There are still plenty of new LGA775 boards that can use ddr400 and can take the new Pentium E2140/2160, the E4300/4400 Allendales or the top performing C2D Conroes.

While I didn't go to New Egg I've located the information you desire.

For the processor
http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx?SLanguage=en-us

For the ram it supports 3 x DDR DIMM Sockets
Max. 3 GB unbuffered PC2100 / PC1600 non-ECC SDRAM Memory (PC3200 Max. to 2 banks only / PC2700 Max to 4 banks only)

Hope this helps,

Good Luck
