i have 7 hours transit at budapest.its enough to have a walk in the city? i like to take picture and go to historical places.

It's about 30 minutes from the airport to city center. However you need to add the time it taks to get out of customs, that might take an hour. Considering travel time back and checking in early, you might have 3 hours or so in the city. Just enough time to take in a few sights.

Taxi takes about 25 minutes but make sure you agree a fare first with the driver. There is also a minibus service that is cheaper but takes a bit longer because it has to drop off in different places.
You should have enough time to spend about 4 hours in the city. It might be wise to just stick to the Pest side of the river and explore there. Save the Buda side (to the west of the river) for next time.
