The belief system is at work here. You must believe or it is not valid. There is not wrong to ask for the truth and evidence. But you will not get any. Astrology's claims are fully testable. The can and have been tested. The results are no better than chance.
Those that state that it is true are either:
1. A Liar. People do lie. Assuming that everyone in the paranormal community is trustworthy is a pipe dream. They will for various reasons but for attention and/or money would be a reason. There are frauds here for sure.
2. Mistaken or self-delusional. This is most likely one. The future is unknown and scary. Astrology is very appealing because it has a uniqueness.
3. Insane.
4. Really telling the truth. Someone that does not fear any type of independent controlled testing because they can truthfully do what they claim. Without the use ANY type of excuses or exceptions.
No one has ever provided any type evidence of paranormal ability or event.
False beliefs can be costly. It is always better to know if possible.

There is an apocryphal story that Sir Edmund Halley ridiculed Sir Isaac Newton because he believed in astrology. . Sir Newton drew himself up and replied, "Sir! I have studied it! You, on the other hand, have NOT!"
There are more than a few people who took up the study of astrology to "prove" that it was all 'bunk" and were quickly converted...astrology is ELEVEN THOUSAND YEARS OLD...something that is 'bunk" doesn't survive that long!

my horoscope according to my date ,place,time of birth based on vedic astrology came out to be true in certain areas;and the rest of which i expect to be come out to be true asap based on the very fact that i use my potential,determination and work hard in those particular areas.western astrology i don't believe is very sound.in my experience, daily forecast based on sun signs is a mass fraud.

Well, I think the sun signs stuff is true. You can find your sun sign and read it, and it usualy fits your personality pretty well, with a few exceptions of course. My Leo sun sign fit me almost pirficly, and they fit my friends almost pirfictly too.
So if you know your sign and you want to see for yourself, just search "Sun sign" on google. If you dont know your sun sign, then when you find a website (Mostly all of them are free and good to use, email me if you need one, I have a few.) just look up your birthday under the signs. Its kinda fun.
I dont really thing the "Daily Horoscopes" are all that true though. That is just for amusement I think.

Yes, they are true, provided you have the correct birth details. Even a slight deviation from correct birth data can give wrong results in astrology.

For me they are bull. I'm a Capricorn and my horoscope never fits me, but if you believe in them then I think it's great if you use them to help you make the difficult decisions in life.
