Does anyone live in Rosamond,CA

I've never lived there, but I have been there quite a few times. I have a very good friend who works at Edwards AFB and he use to live there. It's a small bedroom community filled with families who work or are stationed at the AFB. Otherwise there is no reason to be there. It's far from everything, there is little to do, the weather is horrible most of the year, and it's kind of run down. That being said, it's full of great people.
