There is a sundial in most town centers - Parks usually hone such a dial. As an example; here locally there is a dial in the park - unfortunetly it does not tell you how to read it. It does not tell you what the actual time is. If you were to rely on the sundial then be sure its not raining. Funny enough, my last visit to the park told me that the dial was running ten minutes late!
