Cheap option- 7300GT ddr3
Faster options- 7600GT, 7900GS, X1950 Pro
Future proof option - 8600GT
Fast and expensive options because you will need a BIG power supply - 8800GTS, GTX or the Ultra.

Well...depends on money...get a 7600GT or better...or a 6800 Ultra at MINIMUM. For ATI get a 1650 or better.
