Sorry, I can't answer this one. As a matter of fact, I find it hard not to smile. Humor (or humour) has gotten me through a lot of tough times in my life...and smiling, even when your heart is breaking, can help to ease other people's pain. If you find that it's just too hard to smile, seek out your funniest friend to hang out with or throw a slapstick comedy in the DVD player! If even for only a little while, you'll find yourself smiling in spite of yourself!

when you have a really big object in you mouth (food included). then it is really hard to smile because whatever you do that chunk will show up and you'll look like an inhabitant from robots from outer space

when you're greeting someone you never really let go of/that you like and you're trying to act normal, when you're talking to someone you don't like but have to be polite, when you're taking a group picture and there are 50 different cameras to look at, when you're having a rough day, when you're trying to console someone, or when you really need to...... take your pick.

when you hate this chick at work so bad (coz she takes credit for all the work YOU do) and the boss thinks she is FABULOUS .. and you gotta stand there and SMILE while she is being congratulated for her 'hard' work (NOT) but in your mind you're smiling coz you wanna knock her the F@rk OUT!!!!!!!
