avoiding eye contact means the person is lying... pupils being diolated means they are interested in you. blinking means the person has issues and when two people approach each other head on their eyes point to the direction or the side they will pass on

Because your eyes always have a specific emotion in them, so you can tell what another person might be feeling by looking at their eyes.

I also don't understand how but I've heard that if a person lies he will most likely look up and to the right. And if you are really close their pupils might become a little larger.

If a person is decieving you or lying to you they will look to the side and or not into your eyes when speaking to you. Some people with green /blue or green/brown hazel eyes will have a change to grey or lighter brown when they are depressed or anxious.
Thats about all I can add here, except when they tear up, it is hard to tell with some people, just what is going on inside.

the eyes are the window to the soul---hardly anyone can sto their eyes from changing at the sight or sound of something that truly affects them--although a raging sociopath does have that ability so be careful

Winking says hey whats up . or your cute , I'm intrested...
lowering one eye while the other is wide opened means that your not agreeing with the person or you just trying to be sexy...and give them that come hither look.
squinching of the eys means you don't like what that person is doing or wearing, or how they are acting... or you just might be tired...
Eyes wide opened means you've had too much coffee,
Red eyes mean... your stressed or wind has hit your eyes ...or you have something in them
Puffy eyes means you have mean crying or you have allergies... or someone cracked your eyelids.... and
closed eyes means you asleep or resting... or have passed....(or you choose to close your eyes to the things that are going on around you.)

Yes! When you lie you don't look anyone in the eye. When you tell the truth you can look them in the eye normally without laughing unless it is funny.

The direction,
If someone is looking to the sides with their eyes, they are conjuring up a memory or conjuring up a story, depending on right or left,
I think they sparkle to, when they are curious and full of imagination

They say the eyes are the window to the soul and I believe that's true. I have seen a person with a smile on their face but their eyes tell a different story. Behind the smile I could see pain. No matter how we try to hide our emotions and inner feelings, our eyes tell the truth about what's going on inside of us.
