i want to make a cutout picture

i don't know how to cut my picture out and paste it onto a different picture.
help??

er... the link you gave can't be accessed ....
anyways.... what i usually do is open the 2 pictures
at the same time... then I use the laso tool to select the area i wanted to copy ....then i copy it and paste it in the other pic....

first select the cut out and leave it then open new window of ur desired size then fill the empty window with background or open a picture or beautiful senary then click on the picture u selected and then drag it to the other window and then ....... ur picture will be on the background u like .. for more info contact me at dav_nik143@yahoo.com

Lasso or whatever, select ONLY the portion you want.
Copy and past into a separate layer.
Put your "background" into a separate layer.
Put background into "bottom" layer, and your cut piece on top.
Voila, new background.

go to that loop thing and drag it along the picture hope it works cya
