I hope not. Even if it generated big sales, you just don't do some things. It's like, if you want to be famous, you go out and do something worthwhile, make life better for someone ...you DON'T go out and attack the President or anything like that!

In a day and age when we need all the hope and courage we can get, killing off such an important symbol as Captain America was bad, wrong, stupid.

Maybe some people thought he was corny, but he was still honest, still upright, still trustworthy. He stood for eveything about America that is good and right, and we still need him. He was the kind of hero that inspired us to do our best, to want to imitate him and be like him.

(What kind of hero SHOULD we imitate, Cap, or some vengeance-spouting imam in some madrassas?)

I hope like anything they bring him back. I miss Cap!

When the need grows great enough...

a hero will arise...

and that hero...

Captain America.

Depends on how many fans clamour for his return. One good example is Sherlock Holmes which Arthur Conan Doyle killed off in a short story. But fans were so upset by it and finally he was forced to "resurrect" Holmes.

There are many comic characters who have "died" and return later.

I think he should be. i hate to say it but what's done is done. If they try to drag on the story and bring him back or have someone else try to fill his shoes it'll flop and be a terrible thing that'll make most cringe
