Are dvd9 copies good quality, or are they similar to bootleg, can you please give an example on the quality? and can they play on all dvd players?

I would think they are good quality since DVD-9 is the other name for recordable dual layer, but they are bootlegs to begin with, whether they bootlegged a studio source or some cams sneak in to a theater that no way to tell, I've seen some good and bad before in various places. Sure they can go on any DVD players of reasonably recent age.
