It doesn't matter what a girl looks like if you can't talk to her, enjoy her company, and have similar interests. Anytime you name specific physical characteristics and compare them to the intangibles, intangibles always carry more weight.
Also, you left out the eyes, which are the window to the soul.

to me its personality because the butt and the boobs can get smaller but the personality will stay the same. Boobs and a nice butt on a girl with a good personality is like a bonus.

Well I dont like big boobs... Anything C and under is good for me...
I cant stand big butts... But not completely flat either... just round...
And for personality...
As long as they can be entertaining, and can carry on a casual conversation and not be dumber than a box of rocks.. then it is good...

Honestly butt. But only for initial attractiveness. Obviously over time you can't get along with someone who doesn't have a personality that you like.
