I always neutralize it, so its not the water. I'll get some ph strips just to be sure. Any suggestions? They look terrible.

are you sure it's not bugs? look on the underside of the leaf very carefully, very small mites can do damage that looks like burns.
Also, never water your plants during direct sunlight on the plant. The water and sun can burn the leaves.

What are you doing to "neutralize" your water? Could be you don't need to. Sodium (Na) is more of a problem for plants and what is usually in watersofteners
How much are you watering/ Maybe too much. Keeping the soil too wet can cause the same problems as not enough.

Have you used fertiliser? How much? What is the soil like? Its just such a complex question without knowing any details.
