Some areas are for fun and funny answers; other areas of Q&A are serious questions. The fun areas can get somewhat sarcastic. Why not just answer the questions without reading what other people write?

It is difficult not to be a smart @ss in here, some people come in asking the most ridiculous things.
Help me pick my loan? Providing minimal information.
My RE agent isn't selling my house, how do I fire them? No information about what has happened so far.
How do I buy a house with terrible credit and no money down? You DON'T!
I have had my house on the market a month, how do I kick my RE agent into gear on selling my house? No indication on what the agent is doing or not doing.
I want to buy foreclosure or get into house flipping, how can I do this with no money down? **sigh**

I know what you mean...
Why is everybody upset with a sarcastic or smart **** , or funny answer and almost nobody is upset with absolutely idiotic questions? BTW, why are we talking about this in Real Estate section?
