It is difficult not to be a smart @ss in here, some people come in asking the most ridiculous things.

Help me pick my loan? Providing minimal information.

My RE agent isn't selling my house, how do I fire them? No information about what has happened so far.

How do I buy a house with terrible credit and no money down? You DON'T!

I have had my house on the market a month, how do I kick my RE agent into gear on selling my house? No indication on what the agent is doing or not doing.

I want to buy foreclosure or get into house flipping, how can I do this with no money down? **sigh**
