Maybe she's just afraid of not having something important when she needs it. A girl who's a little quirky or paranoid isn't so bad. The way I organize things is to keep everything of a certain type in one place - like a stack of papers. The actual stack may not be organized but I sure as hell know what I'm looking for is in there somewhere. I'd go on a second date with her, being ready for anything is under appreciated.

an overstuffed handbag gives an impression that the girl is disorganised. and if she keeps on searching around for somethin . she looks as if she has ru out of words to say or she has somethin else on her mind.

I disagree with those people who have said disorganised. I feel quite the opposite is true. The lady is prepared for any eventuality by carrying so much with her: very, very organised.
