has there been a recent change to the Eurail global flexipass that allows you to travel to czech rep.?

someone told me that the global pass is good in czech, but im unsure.

According to what I see in the Eurail pass site, it is not valid there:

But Czech republic trains are not expensive and Prague is near the border with Austria, so if you really want to go there, why not.
