I am wondering if there are any programs to hack into a youtube account. my friend is getting a lawsuit filed against himself because of a video that has proof of something that there accusing him of. The worst case scenario is jail, and i need help to find out if there's any way i can.

What did you do? Videotape yourselves committing a crime and then think how great it would be to post the tape on YouTube? Genius! LOL.
Hacking is a crime. They already have the video so what is the point in hacking other than to add another criminal charge. Even if you deleted it there is another copy somewhere. Once you post it on the web, it is saved somewhere forever.

nope, and why do u need the account hacked? the video is backed up on several servers. your friend is looking at some jail time, and if u hack into the account, so are you.
