I guess truthfully it does sound kinda big for earrings but on the other hand it would depend on what and where your wearing them too. Some people can pull them off naturally. Others i think need the right make up , hair style and outfit. If your going out on the town with the girls .... Hey why not ! Before you choose to wear them out anywhere i personally suggest trying different hair styles to see how they look. Try hair up , hair down and so on. I think you could pull it off with the right look to match. Good Luck !

maybe not 'that' big... but LOVE silver/white gold hoops about 1 3/4 inches in diameter!

needs to be seen in context. With something elegant, can help girls with long necks. With street cloths, looks like bling (aka trash)

make sure that you wear you hair down when you do this, and they will look fine. it is when your hair is up that you can sometimes look trashy.
