I have to say I agree with the guy that placed the pain at 16. It starts as a sharp shot of burning pain on either side of your pelvis area and then finally diminishes to a horrendous ache and then eventually to a dull ache. It is VERY painful.

10 if not more. It really depends on how hard the kick was and how directly placed it was. If it is truly a hard kick and it hits right in the genitals, then it really really really ******* hurts.

Its a 9. It really hurts. Bad. Broken bones are the only thing I have experienced that hurt worse.

It feels like a severe bout of stomach cramp only 10 times worse. On occasion it makes you feel like thowing up.

my hubby says depends on how hard you get kicked. If really hard that I would say a million. Getting kicked in the nuts is like a girl getting hit in the boob

If I can go above the scale when my KARATE teacher kicked me, and I wasn't wearing a cup: 100

It's bad but the strange thing is it's just as painful for the to get grazed.
