Yahoo! Mail has unlimited storage. Web hosting means that they let you have a web page.

I'm assuming you do not know a lot when I answer this. So if you do, I'm sorry for being elementary.
For your email, you can have a free online account or you can get a website and have a "personal domain". The personal domain can also be accessed online from anywhere or directly on your pc.
Best bets for free account are gmail (2 gb free) hotmail (2gb free) or yahoo (unlimited ? free).
If you pay a webhost a monthly fee you can have a domain like lpi01t.com. Yikes
Then you could have an email address like ferdinand@lpi01t.com
If you do this, you can have the email that people send to you there, forwarded to a free account. So there is no need for a large storage size.
Hope this helps.

1000 MB would best suit this.

If you get a webhost, and create e-mail accounts from there, that would be even better.
