Yes it is normal.when your penis is big in the middle that means your erection is complete.and it is norm for your forskin(tip of penis)to tingle.and if you masterbate to fast or hard then your penis will hurt after masterbation.but all this stuff is normal.masterbation is also healthy for a male or female.it is seintificly proven to make a male or female healtheir and take off stress and it is the best way to have sexual plessure.rather then actualy haveing sex.and masterbation is the safest way to have sexual plessure.

well I am a girl But when i give a bj to my boyfriend after you sperm it's really sensative. I think it's normal to be thick in the middle and your only 15 and a 5 inches it's normal your still growning dont worry so much and it's gonna hurt if your doing it to hard.

Just don't overdo it. 5 min is ok. It takes a while for your penis to go back to normal after you ejaculate and it is normal to be sensitive to the touch afterwards.
