Any conversion from any one language to another is always manual, have not seen a formula or program that does it automatic. You have to learn both C++ and Java luckily there is not many to learn but unlearn as old C++ technique is no longer have uses in Java, rarely other way around.

There are many self-study books written on that topic.

There are a lot of sites that offer programs.
Google 'convert C++ to Java'
Most languages can be converted to other languages, with no promise of best programming in the target language.
