My ex husband came round and saw it, he then phoned me up, I wasnt at home at the time, and he said:

I don't think I'm an idiot. Confused on occasion as to what it is that makes you people tick but not an idiot.
Idiots carry dead rodents in their pockets and try to use it for money. Idiots are the ones you see in D.C. Idiots are the ones that voted for our current idiot. Idiots are the ones who don't vote the current idiots out. Idiots are the ones who p-and moan about global warming yet live in mansions and fly on private jets. Idiots are senseless dweebs who tout how wonderful they are on the radio and yet offer only problems and no solution. Idiots are the ones who say they are Americans yet buy Chinese. Idiots are the ones who are pro-illegal alien yet p-and moan about no jobs and low wages. Idiots are the ones who drive foreign cars yet say they love America. Idiots are the ones who say they are Christian yet never attend church. Idiots are the ones who think that Islam is just another religion like Christianity. Those are big idiots. Idiots are....
So idiocy is not gender based but people based. People are idiots. So I guess that I'll just have to re-apply myself as an idiot too. But I'll try to do better.
I never vote for an incumbents and always vote libritarian. Anarchy rules baby!

Not all men are idiots but it sounds like you have had a few bad experiences and blame the men.
Yes we are not perfect but most men aren't boozing whore chasers - if he is you should have seen that one coming!!!
I have known a few women who I could have said were idiots and some shouldn't be allowed to have sharp instruments around as they will only hurt themselves.
Both sexes are a mixture of good and bad but either will get worse if they are treated badly or subject to constant criticism. Why not sit down with him and discuss what you like and dont like about his behaviour but be prepared to hear what he thinks of you. Sometimes it just isn't what you expect to hear if you think you are perfect.
